The concept of this design is to create a cool and minimal home for a busy man who prefers everything clean and lean, with a focus on monotone colors. The design features lean lining from interior design to furniture, with the use of gray and black tones. The materials used in this design include grey glasses, heavy textured decoration on the wall, silky smooth black leather sofa, and a noir glass dining table with matte black aluminum chairs. These materials add a touch of sophistication and elegance to the space.

The whole house is based on different textures to create a modern and lean home. Even though monotone colors are used throughout, the textures are varied, adding depth and character to the space. The use of gray and black tones is heavily emphasized, with a bit of touch on the lighting.
The feature TV wall can change the lighting into a royal blue or gray-brownish, adding a touch of versatility to the space. The design focuses on simplicity and modernity, with clean lines and minimal clutter.
